Her first BBQ experience (Yankee BBQ, but still BBQ)

Because of the time we spent in Charleston last year, I had her pegged as a Carolina Mustard sauce kind of girl.  Turns out, I was wrong.  She likes the sweet heat of Memphis. 

Yesterday, we stopped at Q BBQ in LaGrange for dinner and Eloise took it all in!  She loved the cornbread and green beans but she also devoured chicken, pork and (shhhsh....Don't tell Nat) I even snuck a little bit of chopped brisket on her plate.
