Great Grampy's House

Last week, we took Eloise to see her Great Grampy in Oak Lawn.  We spent a few hours with him talking about family, his travels, and art collection!

While Eloise is fortunate to have all of her grandparents around, she's extraordinarily lucky to be able to spend time with her Great Grampy.  He's the only Great Grandparent left and he loves seeing her smile.  For her baptism, Great Grampy gave Eloise the sweetest gift - and something she'll treasure for her entire life.

She also wore at her baptism a bonnet that Great Grampy gave Natalie for her baptism.  

As for Great Grampy's art collection - some of which you can see over his shoulder - Eloise couldn't keep her eyes off of some of the paintings.  They're from places that they traveled all over the country and world!  

We can't wait to make another visit to Great Grampy's house!
